Ingredients
  

  • Purple cabbage
  • 3 tbl. Olive oil
  • 3 tbl. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop the purple cabbage in strips.

  • Spread the cabbage on a large sheet pan. Sprinkle all the remaining ingredients over the cabbage.
    3 tbl. Olive oil, 3 tbl. Balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp. Salt, 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • Roast at 375 °F for 45 minutes, mixing after 15 to make sure all of the cabbage is coated in the balsamic vinegar and oil.

Notes

Tip: To keep cleanup to a minimum, coat your baking sheet with a layer of aluminum foil, and then add a layer of parchment paper on top. The double layer prevents the oils from baking onto the pan and makes the clean up as easy as possible!
