Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower
This recipe is a simple and colorful way to enjoy roasted broccoli and cauliflower.
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen broccoli florets thawed and drained
- 1 bag frozen cauliflower florets thawed and drained
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Important: Drain the thawed broccoli and cauliflower thoroughly. Excess moisture will make them soggy when roasted.
- Combine the broccoli, cauliflower, olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder on a baking sheet. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
- Roast for 40-45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp and slightly golden brown on the edges.
